Our school joyfully celebrated International Yoga Day (21.06.2025)with great enthusiasm and positive energy! Students and staff came together in unity to embrace the spirit of yoga – a practice that nurtures the mind, body, and soul.
The session began with a peaceful prayer, followed by various yoga asanas and breathing exercises, led by Doctors, Dr.D.Anusha MD(Siddha) Dr.M.S.Subbulakshmi BNYS. The students showcased discipline, focus, and dedication as they performed each posture with grace and enthusiasm.
The event not only promoted physical well-being but also emphasized the importance of mindfulness and inner peace.
