Sairam Matriculation Higher School has been established on 13th of June 2008 with the aim of providing quality Education with the concept “Education is a tool which can change the world” to the younger generation in the semi – urban areas of Thiruthuraipoondi. The school is established and managed by Leo Muthu Educational Trust setup by renowned educationalist and Industrialist MJF Ln. Leo Muthu being a doyen in the field of education with more than three decades of rich experience. At present the Sairam group of Educational Institutions in Chennai has been run best by Dr. Saiprakash Leo Muthu, the visionary Leader, Chairman and CEO of Sairam Group of Institution. As of now the classes function from Pre-KG to XII Standard. The coaching classes for NEET and JEE Entrance Exams has also been conducted for the students of class IX to XII.
Robotics is being taught from VI to IX Std. and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of UNO and the Leader in Me program indoctrinate to make the students globally competent. Our school has proudly established ATL – Atal Tinkering Lab and School Innovation Council (SIC) is established with the Innovation Cell by the Ministry of Education.
All KG sections are equipped with smart TV and the extra-curricular activities such as Physical Education, Karate, Silambam and Yoga occupy a significant place in the school. The convenient and safe Bus facilities are available for young Boys and Girls. The medium of instruction has been given in English for all the students with the experienced and trained Teachers and Tamil and Hindi are compulsory from KG to VIII Std.
